Maid Service

The Inchcape Seaside Villas are self contained houses, apartments and studios, and all come with a limited, hotel type maid service which is included in our rates. Please note that we do not provide toiletries and guest room amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner nor hand lotion etc, however, we do provide anti-bacterial hand soap and dish washing liquid at the beginning of a stay for guests to be able to do their dishes.

We kindly ask all guests to regularly dispose of all garbage, especially food left overs and such, to prevent attracting roaches and other rodents into the apartment. The garbage disposal area is right outside of our property entrance, on the left hand side when walking out of our gate.

Limited maid service

This limited cleaning service is included in our rates and includes the exchange of towels. This service is meant to be done every three to four days depending on the length of a stay and might vary slightly due to possible holidays within the rental period.

The limited cleaning during a stay in progress is as the word says, a limited cleaning service meant to support the high standard of cleanliness of our units. It comprises mainly of dusting certain areas, cleaning faucets if applicable, cleaning the floor and wiping off salt affected areas.

Because we are environmentally conscious, sheets will be exchanged once a week automatically. Any changes to this schedule can be discussed but might also result in additional charges.

Please note that our housekeepers are not meant to be responsible for doing dishes and other more personal related cleaning tasks. As our units are meant to be self contained apartments, cleaning the dishes after a meal, keeping the kitchen free of any left overs and disposing of the daily garbage is meant to be done by our renters in a responsible way.

Should any service be requested beyond what’s included in our rates, a fee will apply. Please check with the property manger if you are in need of extra services.

Maid/Cook

A maid/cook service can be arranged on request for an additional fee depending on the availability of one of our staff members or co - workers who would have the corresponding qualification. The cost for this service depends on what's requested and for how many persons, who might be available to perform such service at the time and when this service has been requested for.

Personal Laundry

One of our maids may assist you with your personal laundry. The charge for 1 load of wash & dry is $ US 20.00 whether it be a small, medium or large load.
