The Studio is the latest addition to the Inchcape Seaside Villas rental fleet. Located at the main entrance of the Inchcape property, The Studio is a good option for those who wish to stay at the Inchcape Seaside Villas at the most affordable price possible.
Although called The Studio, this very spacious rental unit is actually a house on it's own. It has a very big living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and good size bathroom and also a small outdoor seating area facing our drive way. It is the only unit amongst Inchcape's accomodations which does not have a direct ocean view, but the tenants of The Studio have Inchcape's ocean front lawn area with it's gazebo, hammock and lounge chairs at their disposal.
Despite the fact that The Studio is the most affordable unit at Inchcape, it still comes with all the features and amenities which are part of Inchcape's outstanding standard. To list a few: satellite tv, a private tel. line, complementary wireless high speed internet access, parking right by the house, storage facilities for surfboards, windsurfing and kitesurfing equipment, a limited maid service and much more.
The cleaning service which comes automatically with The Studio is a brief hotel type cleaning service and changing of towels (and sheets on request) every three days. Additional services can be arrange, but always and only on request and depending on availability of a qualified member of our work force. A hotel type cleaning for a fee of $ US 20 per cleaning and a maid / cook service at an extra charge of $ US 40 per day.
