Seaside, built in 1920 and beautifully restored in 1993, is a charming, coral stone building beautifully situated at the water's edge on the western end of Silver Sands beach. This elegant, colonial style house is a striking ocean front property.
The two bedrooms / two bathrooms apartment on the ground floor has an airy, open plan design. Exposed coral stone walls combine with antique and modern furniture to create an atmosphere that is stylish yet thoroughly comfortable. Two French doors lead from the living room onto a spacious patio which is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. An elevated wooden deck, cooled by the gentle tradewinds and sheltered by a coconut tree, is perfect spot for alfresco dining or simply relaxing and letting the magnificent panorama of turquoise Caribbean water delight the eyes.

The cleaning service which comes automatically with House Seaside is a brief hotel type cleaning service and changing of towels (and sheets on request) every three days. Additional services can be arranged, but always and only on request and depending on availability of a qualified member of our work force. A hotel type cleaning for a fee of $ US 20 per cleaning and a maid / cook service at an extra charge of $ US 40 per day.
