AIRPORT PICK UP AND ARRIVAL AT THE INCHCAPE SEASIDE VILLAS
If not especially requested differently we will make arrangements for you to be met at the airport by a driver who will take you to the Inchcape Seaside Villas.
The person in charge of picking you up upon arrival, will be waiting for you close to the airport building's exit door, holding up a sign saying "Inchcape Seaside Villas"' and you will see your name written on the bottom of the board. See here the type pf pick up vehicle you may expect.
What is a common but expensive service in luxury hotels around the world, being picked up at the airport by a private driver, is a standard procedure for arrivals at the Inchcape Seaside Villas.
Our airport picks ups are well organized and reliable, but just in case something unforeseeable should have happened and you don't see our driver, use the following options:
Option A: Call our manager at +1-246-420 4475 In case of no answer please try +1-246-262 8566 Look for access to a local landline phone as local phones are free of charge and the friendly people in Barbados will gladly assist you when you ask.
Option B: Please proceed to the official taxi stand just a few steps to your left of the exit door and kindly ask the taxi distributor to call the numbers given above, to find out whether you might have missed the "meet and greet driver" when leaving the airport building. If you find out that none of them is around please proceed with a regular taxis and require for a taxi to take you to the Inchcape Seaside Villas in Silver Sands. Please have the supervisor who will be allocating a taxi for you to confirm the fee for the ride to Inchcape.

Our pick ups are a quite luxurious arrangement as this is a personalized service which is offered by our drivers exclusively to the guests of the Inchcape Seaside Villas at a charge which might be just a few Dollars above the regular taxi fee, if at all.
Please do NOT miss to provide us with your airline, flight no. and arrival time and please confirm by e-mail (well ahead of your arrival day) that you wish to take advantage of the airport pick organized by us. Don't worry if your flight is delayed, our driver will monitor your exact arrival time and unless unforseaable things might have happened, you can be sure to meet him/her upon arrival even when your flight should have been delayed. He/she also provides us with a constantly updated arrival time info, so that we can prepare for you arrival at the property accordingly.
The taxi ride basically cost around $ US 25, for the ride to the Inchcape Seaside Villas and also $ US 25, for the ride back to the airport, based on a max occupancy of 2 persons with 1 piece of luggage each. The charge can change / will be adjusted depending on the no. of persons in a party and the amount of luggage to be transported. There is an additional charge of $ US 7.50 per wind surfboard, surfboard, bicycle, golf equipment or other bigger equipment bags. Please note that there is a surcharge of $ US 7.50 for airport pick ups and drops before 6 am.
A stop at a grocery store on the way to Inchcape can be arranged at an extra charge (discuss with the driver please).
And for all of our guests who we booked a rental car for, we normally arrange with the rental car company for a delivery to Inchcape in coordination with our guests arrival at the property.
In case our guests wish to make their own rental car arrangements, we recommend not to pick up a rental car at the airport for many reasons and due to 20 years of experiencing dealing with it. Your flight might be delayed, your rental car company might not be on time or not show up at all, etc, etc., etc. Each better car rental company will deliver to the Inchcape Seaside Villas when requested to do so. And all companies we work with are closely working with us as far as time of delivery to our property is concerned.
Please note that that the office hours of our office on site are flexible and determined as to demand and arrangements made. Our guests are welcomed at their rental unit by one of our staff members who will provide a very personal concierge service upon our guests arrival.
For those who want to pick up their rental cars at the airport and not use the airport pick up we organize, please consider that our chain of organization will be interrupted right here. We still need the flight info, airline, flight no. and arrival time plus an arrival time at Inchcape so that we can provide the welcome procedure according to the information you give us.
And last but not least, finding Inchcape is easy when you know the area, but might turn out to be a problem when you are here for the first time and above all when it is dark.
Please note that we only book the transport arrangements for you, but we are not responsible or liable in any way as far as this transport service is concerned. You have to pay the driver. Airport transports are not included in our accommodation rates. To avoid any possible confusion, please feel free to reconfirm the transport fee when you meet our driver at the airport or before he picks you up to give you a ride back to the airport.
