The Inchcape Seaside Villas are self contained houses, apartments and studios, for which we offer a variety of different housekeeping services. Please note that we do not provide toiletries and guest room amenities such as soap, shampoo etc.
Limited maid service
This cleaning service is included in the rate and comes automatically with each unit. It includes a brief cleaning and changing of towels (and sheets on request) every three days. Additional cleaning service can be arranged for a fee of $ US 20 p. cleaning.
Maid/cook
The maid/cook service is the most popular among the services we offer. It includes cleaning and arranging in the morning and cooking dinner in the late afternoon to be served in the early evening. If booked in advance with your accommodation, you have the option to have a starter package bought the day of arrival which contains the necessary groceries to have your maid prepare dinner the day of arrival, drinks and basics for breakfast for the first morning.
One of our maids may assist you with your personal laundry. The charge for 1 load of wash & dry is $ US 15.
Expenses for the groceries, which can vary depending on the no. of persons to be served, usually $ US 50 – 75, are to be refunded by our guests. The charge for this service is $ US 40 p. day (Monday - Saturday, extra charges will apply for Sundays and holidays).
Custom tailored maid service
Depending on your personal needs, please feel free to inquire for a maid service which suits your personal preferences. Whether it is more cleaning, preparing lunch instead of dinner or even both, we will gladly arrange for it if possible, always depending on availability of a maid who could meet your demands. Corresponding charges will apply.
