To keep a booking confirmed we require a down payment of approximately 50% of the total rental fee within seven days of the day of booking. After having received a booking we will e-mail you a booking confirmation and the bank transfer instructions. We recommend to take travel insurance just in case you need to cancel your booking. All down payments are basically non-refundable, but we will always try to recover days of a canceled booking. If this can be achieved refunds will be granted.
Any balances will be collected upon arrival in either $-US cash, Bds. cash or $-US Travellers Cheques. Balances may also be paid by bank transfer, but would have to be credited to our account 30 days before arrival. For certain booking periods as for instance Christmas / New Years we may require payment in full 60 days ahead of the arrival date.
Unfortunately we can not accept credit cards or personal checks.
Normal occupancy in a two bedroom unit is four people and the one bedroom units are arranged to accomodate two persons. Exceptions are possible in certain houses and can only be granted by the property manager. Please always indicate the number of people in your party with your reservation.
Check in time is 4 pm in the afternoon, but may vary to earlier or later depending on our arrival and departure situation. Check out time is 11 am, but may vary as well, as we always try to make a departure as convenient as possible for our departing guests.
